The toughest members of the Goblin armies are recruited to join the ranks of the Blackshields. These Goblins are hardier than their lowly counterparts and are veterans of the wars with the Dwarves in the tunnels of Khazad-dum – they wear white Warg pelts, a status symbol within the Goblin ranks, to distinguish themselves from their lesser kin. Many times lesser Goblins have attempted to infiltrate the ranks of the Blackshields in search of better pickings, only to be rooted out and brutally punished for their insolence.

Bolster your forces with a veteran Moria Blackshield Warband, containing a violent Blackshied Captain, a tremor-casting Blackshield Shaman, a foreboding Blackshield Drummer, and 12 Blackshield Warriors. These can be used to add variety, tactical options and unparalleled defence to your Moria armies.

The kit is comprised of 26 metal components, with which you can construct a Moria Blackshield Warband, supplied with 16x Citadel 25mm round bases. Rules for these miniatures can be found in the Armies of The Lord of the Rings™ supplement.

These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel paints.
