Amazonite beads exhibit a vitreous luster on an opaque body. Beads show excellent cut creating a symmetrical shape with excellent polished finish. The beads may show slight chipping or nicks as is expected on any bead. These bead bodies are well matched for tone and quality showing a moderate to deeply saturated strong turquoise-like blue hue with internal calcite (white and cream) streaking. The Amazonite strand shows a pearlescent schiller within each well made gemstone of world class color.
