Model measures 12" x 7.5" x 5" tall (305mm x 190mm x 127mm)

Model is precision cut from 1/8" (3mm) MDF. The sign has very detailed, 3-dimensional letters and logo.  The red brick roof pieces are resin castings that create a very realistic look.

While designed for 28mm wargaming, this structure also works well for O Gauge model railroads.

Model kit, requires assembly.

Kit now includes a second sign for the front that says "Nuka Bell" for fans of the post apocalypse game "This Is Not A Test"
