Model measures 8" x 5.25" x 3.2" tall (203mm x 133mm x 81mm)

The base is slightly larger at 8" x 6.7" (203mm x 170mm)

Model is made from precision laser cut MatBoard. If you have never built a MatBoard model before, be sure to check out the tutorial video in the "Product Videos" section of this listing.  

Roof can be built as removable if you like or it can be glued on.  In some photos you may see the roof with asphault shingles, this is just a texture file I found on the internet and printed on plain paper and glued to the model.  This is not part of the kit.

Model is supplied in kit form, assembly required.
