28mm Middle Eastern Building - 28MMDF104 (Online Order Only)

Model measures 20.8" x 4.7" x 7.5" (52.8 cm x 11.9 cm x 19 cm) tall, not including balconies. The base footprint measures 21.8" x 6.75" (55.4 cm x 17.1 cm). Designed with 28mm games like Bolt Action and Spectre Ops in mind, it features a removable roof. Also included is a model base so you can play inside as well as outside.

Balconies are sized to accommodate 25mm figure bases.

The model is made from 3mm laser-cut MDF and MatBoard and requires assembly and painting.

The model in these photos is painted in a WWII Western Desert color scheme. If painted in a natural concrete color and enhanced with satellite dishes, A/C units, and other modern details, it would work perfectly in a modern Middle Eastern setting.

The bridge section is sized perfectly to fit our 28mm roads and 28mm Terrain Blocks.

Notes: This model is not difficult to build but will take some time. We recommend painting the model before assembly, with touch-ups as necessary afterward. When removing the matboard detail parts from their carrier sheet, use a very sharp hobby knife (such as an X-Acto knife) or a scalpel. Pulling or twisting apart will likely damage the parts. The matboard detail parts should be applied to the model after all other painting is done.
