Overview
The AFX 1967 Ford GT40 Mk IV #2 22014 honors the yellow MK IV that Bruce McLaren and Mark Donohue piloted at the 1967 Le Mans 24 Hours. Built on the J6 chassis and race-prepared by Shelby American, this car had already won Sebring earlier that year with McLaren and Andretti before heading to France.
Despite a harrowing moment when the rear bodywork detached at high speed during the Le Mans race, McLaren and Donohue showed remarkable resilience to finish a strong fourth — contributing to Ford's unforgettable all-American Le Mans triumph. AFX captures this legend on the Mega G+ Short wheelbase chassis.
