In Among the Stars, you're tasked with constructing the most impressive space station in a newly peaceful galaxy. As one of several alien races in the Alliance, you'll draft and place location cards over four rounds (years) to create the optimal layout. Each location you add impacts your victory points based on its position and synergies with adjacent sections.

The game combines the excitement of card drafting with spatial puzzle elements as you carefully consider each module's placement. Power reactors provide energy to nearby locations, while diplomatic quarters gain bonuses from diversity. Military outposts, recreational facilities, and alien embassies all serve unique purposes in your growing station.

Strategic depth comes from balancing immediate scoring opportunities with long-term planning.
