High Roller Records, ltd. 250, new EP 2025, Five years after their second LP "By Ancient Force", Indian Nightmare are finally back with a resounding new sign of life. Titled "Banished Into Endless Chaos", the Berlin-based tribal metal punks' latest EP features three tracks that serve as a harbinger for the band's third studio album later in 2025. "We always like to add new flavours but keep the essence of what we do," explains guitarist Butch. "However, we learned so much since the last album and now are executing that, so this EP is the first step into a new domain. Of course, the biggest change are the vocals." Speaking of which, the band found themselves without a front man in 2021. "Our dear friend Alban from Tracer helped out so we could perform live while looking for a permanent new singer," reiterates Butch, who feels relieved now that the line-up is complete again with Jaguars Claw from Leipzig speed metallers Morbyda on the mic. Having been an Indian Nightmare fan ever since, he was a perfect fit in every respect, enabling the group to branch out even further in the future. In the meantime, the artwork for "Banished into Endless Chaos" underscores the musicians' self-concept: "The sword stands as a testament to resistance, while the flames and mirror shards reveal the harsh reality we often ignore." Whereas the EP stresses the band's high-octane nature, Butch announces with regards to the third full-length: "We want to put more focus on shorter and more brutal punk songs in the style of our first album, while keeping some longer experimental and more metal songs."
