Batman Origins is a video game based on the Batman comic book series. The game was developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It was released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U on October 25, 2011. The game is a prequel to the 2009 video game Batman: Arkham Asylum and the 2011 video game Batman: Arkham City.The game stars the original Batman from the 1940s, as well as other characters from the Batman comic book series. The game is a third-person action game with stealth elements. The player controls Batman as he investigates the death of Bruce Wayne's father and fights crime in Gotham City.
