Ben Böhmer - Ben Böhmer - Bloom (2LP Peach) [Vinyl]
Barcode: 5054429188905Ben Böhmer announces his debut album on Ninja Tune, “Bloom”. Available on peach vinyl and CD.
Ben’s new album “Bloom” is guided by the power of collaboration and sees Ben experimenting with a wide range of genres and moods that go beyond the dancefloor. It features exciting collaborations with Lykke Li, Oh Wonder, Enfante Sauvage (one half of The Blaze), Erin LeCount, Malou, JONAH, and Max Milner and is Ben’s most ambitious record to date.
Ben completed his biggest ever North American live touring run in the fall of 2023. The sold out tour (22K tickets) included shows at Brooklyn Mirage, Shrine Auditorium in LA and Chicago Radius. 2024 will see Ben play select festivals in key markets including Lollapalooza, Portola, Outside Lands, Electric Forest and more. He has played shows alongside the likes of Caribou, Four Tet, Bicep, Tale of Us, Jamie xx, Amelie Lens and more.
With nearly a billion streams across platforms Ben’s already huge fan base shows no signs of slowing down. He has accumulated a massive 3 million monthly listeners — 1 million of which were added in the past year alone. Ben’s lauded Cercle set recorded above Cappadocia has now surpassed 32M streams on YouTube and is the 10th most viewed electronic music set of all time on YouTube.
Previous releases from Ben have been covered in Billboard, Pitchfork, Mixmag, American Songwriter, and more. Ben’s first single from the album, “One Last Call” was added into rotation at SiriusXM Chill immediately following the release, and previous album single “Beyond Beliefs” was #1 most played track on SiriusXM Chill in 2021.- UPC: 5054429188905
