Ingredients

Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Lemon Thyme, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Lavender.

How to steep

Hot tea: Use 1 heaping teaspoon, more or less to taste. Heat fresh water to 205°F, pour over the tea, and steep for 6–7 minutes.

Iced tea: Brew using the hot-tea method above, then strain, cool, and serve over ice.
