Full of swooning keys and strings mingling with R&B melodies, it's a release that asks you, earnestly, to fall in love. It's heartfelt, romantic, and a little goofy. John's deep velvet voice was honed in the church, when he was growing up in Las Vegas. He was inspired by the gospel he sang at church, along with romantic heroes including Todd Rundgren, Drake, and The-Dream.
