Through countless generations, the ancient Galorians lived in balance with their island home, a balance formed and empowered by an organic energy they called Living Magic. Through esoteric rituals they found a way to create Relics of immense power by imbuing mundane objects with Living Magic, binding them to the land and its native inhabitants. But that was a long time ago, and after untold decades of colonization and enslavement by the Empire across the sea, very few remained to tell such tales.
The Galora of today is a shattered land, its splendrous cities in ruins and its wilderness overrun by violent beasts. But the Galorians are unbroken, and with sword and torch in hand have sworn to cleanse the corruption, recover the Relics of the past, and rebuild their civilization so that none may ever again take it from them.
Dungeons of Galora is a solo RPG set in a fantasy world inspired by the cultures and mythologies of Latin America. The game focuses on exploring the ruins of a fallen civilization, recently rediscovered by its descendants, and includes a complete set of procedures and random generation tables to help you to build a colorful, vibrant world brimming with challenges. Using the three classic pillars of TTRPGS -- traps, enemies, and relics -- you’ll design and play through your own unique story in the island of Galora, without the need for a game master or other external gameplay tool.
Take up your sword and discover:
-
