In this first volume of the series, created by the brilliant mind of Rikdo Koshi, we are introduced to the eccentric and energetic protagonist, Excel. She is a member of the secret organization Across, led by the enigmatic Lord Il Palazzo, and her mission is to conquer the city of Fukuoka. But here's the twist - Excel is not your typical spy. She's clumsy, scatterbrained, and her determination often leads to chaotic and unpredictable situations!
Accompanying Excel on her misadventures is her loyal and level-headed partner, Hyatt, who is always there to keep her in check. Together, they encounter a colorful cast of characters, including the mysterious and super-powered Pedro, the adorable and intelligent dog Menchi, and the ever-optimistic and slightly delusional Watanabe.
As Excel and her comrades navigate through absurd missions and outrageous challenges, the story unfolds with a perfect blend of action, comedy, and satire. Rikdo Koshi's unique storytelling style and dynamic artwork will keep you hooked from the very first page, as you eagerly follow Excel's quest for world domination and the hilarious mishaps that ensue along the way.
