Seafret set out with the aim to push themselves further on 'Fear Of Emotion'; to challenge themselves on every natural instinct for melody and production. The album is inspired by their lived, human experience; some beautiful and shiny, some dark and painful. Produced by Steve Robson, the record coalesces everything that Seafret do so well; between emotive acoustic songwriting, infectious indie pop production and sing along anthems that tug at the heartstrings.
