HARDBALL 99 has all of the options and setting to make every baseball fan's dream come true. Thanks to MLB and MLBPA licenses, all of you favorite players, teams, and stadiums are included in the game. Use the Practice mode to get accustomed to the pitching and batting controls, and once you feel comfortable, challenge friends to a game in the Exhibition mode or see who can hit the most balls out of the park in the Home Run Derby. Those looking for the ultimate challenge should try the Manager mode, which allows you to buy a team and make all of the day-to-day personnel decisions including starting line-ups, substitutions, and trades. With all of the decisions to be made in HARDBALL 99, trying to hit a 90 mph fastball will be the least of your concerns.
