• A smaller number of games offer a widescreen (16:9) mode, which can be enabled on any hardware setup regardless of region, but requires the game to support it.

  
  

  Hardware Requirements for 480p:
• • DOL-001 GameCube: You need the first revision of the GameCube, which has a digital AV port.
  • Component Cables or HDMI Adapter: Component cables (YPbPr) or modern alternatives like the Carby or EON GCHD are necessary to carry the 480p signal.
  • Compatible Display: Your TV needs to support 480p input.
