The JVC X'Eye console is a joint effort between JVC and Sega. It combined the capabilities of a Sega CD and a Genesis system into a single device. It debuted in March 1994 and stayed in production until late 1994, with little over 500,000 units being produced; nevertheless, replacement components are still readily accessible from JVC. Until 2014, you could buy a $367.66 32X mod that let you use both a 32X and a Sega CD at the same time.
