2. Lady Featherpaws – Lady Featherpaws is a shimmering star of the Regal Kitty Society. Her impeccable style and grace rival only that of the empress. Possessing a most agreeable character, the lady is invited to every gathering and ball. At one such ball, she meets a handsome captain. Captivated indeed, but with hesitation—the captain heads back to sea, naught but a fortnight hence!
3. Lord Purrcival – Lord Purrcival, a most eligible bachelor of Clawbury. He enjoys the attention he receives from other felines, and yet he finds them wanting. During an evening stroll through the park, the lord spies an unfamiliar arrival. ‘Who is she?’ he wonders. To his dismay, she gives him nary a glance.
