Variants:
I. The Magician - Owl
The Magician signifies willpower, resourcefulness, and unlimited ability. Perched atop his all-seeing crystal ball, he channels raw energy into focused intent, manifesting his will into reality. His open wings embrace whatever the future may bring, for he knows that within him lies all the strength, wisdom, and power he needs to face the unknown.
0. The Fool - Dog
The Fool represents innocence and new beginnings. With little more than a humble knapsack, he leaps fearlessly into the unknown, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. He faces every challenge with unrelenting optimism, embracing the uncertainty that comes with every new adventure. For The Fool, it’s not the destination that matters, but the path one takes to get there… even if that path leads him straight off the side of a cliff. Oops!
XII. The Hanged Man - Bat
The Hanged Man embodies the power of perspective. Suspended upside-down, he views the world differently from the other creatures, gaining profound insight and clarity that others cannot. While the others may mock his unconventional approach, he knows that contemplation is needed before making any critical decisions - no matter how long it may take.
XIX. The Sun - Horse
The Sun personifies vitality, positivity, and boundless optimism. Named for the life-giving force that nourishes all, The Sun reminds us that even the darkest night is followed by the triumphant dawn. Four sunflowers bloom around her, representing her connection and perfect harmony with the four elements. With warmth in her heart and her gaze fixed the ceaseless skies, she looks upon the world with unburdened joy and inspiration.
XVIII. The Moon - Wolf
The Moon symbolizes illusion, dreams, and deception. While moonlight can bring clarity, The Moon is often racked with uncertainty. She sits atop a pool of her own tears, symbolizing the depths of the unconscious mind. Two towers rise in the distance, symbolizing opposing forces in nature - conscious and unconscious, civility and savagery, good and evil. Which will The Moon favor today?
XVII. The Star - Crow
The Star encapsulates inspiration, rejuvenation, and faith. She wields two vessels of water - one nourishing the earth with life, the other drawing from the boundless well of her inner wisdom. Though she stands alone and vulnerable against the vastness of the night sky, The Star knows that she has all the strength and insight she needs to reach her fullest potential.
II. The High Priestess (Secret Figure) - Cat
The High Priestess epitomizes spirituality, intuition, and the divine feminine. She rests upon a plinth carved with a crescent moon, channeling the timeless wisdom of the natural world. The black and white pillars behind her stand as symbols of duality - darkness and light, masculine and feminine - and her poised presence in-between marks her as the bridge that unites these two forces. When The High Priestess appears, the veil between worlds becomes thinner, and she is a sign to trust in the voice of intuition.
