You can play all of your favorite Game Boy, GB Color, and GBA games on this console, in addition to SP editions. This special gold edition was originally packaged as a bundle with a special Zelda series game released for this device. The handheld Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP itself comes with a special case design. This edition stands out with a gold chrome finish on both the outside and inside of the case. The back design features the Triforce logo, which has been used in a number of the Zelda games. When the product flips open, it features another Zelda winged logo in the bottom right corner. This Game Boy Advance SP features a clam shell design encasing the body. When carrying it around, the device is protected because the case can snap shut. Once opened, the gaming elements are revealed. The LCD screen measures 2.9 inches in length and features over 32,000 vibrant colors for bright gaming action. The front-lit LCD screen allows you to see clearly to play on a sunny day outdoors or inside in a dim room. The bottom half of the limited edition gold Game Boy Advance SP features a clear D-Pad and input buttons to use while playing. Like the original Game Boy, there are two buttons on the base to use for action while playing games. Two additional trigger buttons have been placed on the top of the device for easy pressing while holding the system with two hands. These systems also include "Select" and "Start" buttons that can be used for pausing and menu navigation. This Nintendo GBA SP is made for players who enjoy extensive gaming. Instead of relying on disposable batteries, the Advance SP includes a built-in battery that connects to a charger. The charging port can also be used for a headphone adapter accessory, sold separately. A volume control is placed on the left side of the GBA SP. When headphones are not plugged in, you can enjoy active video-game sounds from the built-in speakers. Players can enjoy a variety of other Game Boy Advance SP video games, including franchises like Mario, Star Fox, and Pokemon. The cartridges slide right into these consoles and load instantly for gaming action.
