Mr. Mann, also known as Milton Spruiel, was born on October 12, 1908.  When he was a child, he would always want to dress in suits and ties on a daily basis. He looked like a little man, so his nickname became Mr. Mann. He was the father of Ruby Cooper (Mama Jane’s Cup).  Everyone who knew Mr. Mann would love to sit and watch him laugh and eat. He would also drink his coffee with a little bit of sugar and cream. Mr. Mann lived in Grand Prairie, Texas, and died at the age of 73.
