My name is David James Zoppi. In this book, I will talk about my life as a musician and my own personal journey. This book is a book that music veterans can relate to and those just staring out in the music industry can learn from. Staring from the early years of being born into a musical family, I will recount the experiences I had which lead me to deciding to learn to play the organ and piano as well as High School and professional experiences I have had working with bands. The dynamics of working with others and egos will be discussed as well as how these dynamics and egos ultimately lead to the dismantling of bands, and also the tragedies which side tracked and derailed bands that I performed with. I will also focus on the emergence of DJ's to the industry and how this affected bands and band profitability and the many roads I explored which ultimately lead me to the path which I am on now on my life and musical career.
