The 32nd album by The Council of Thirteen is a return to the classic rock stylings of the Council. 16 new songs written by keyboardist/composer John W. Edwards. Beginning with the dreamy duet, "When She Closes Her Eyes" about a woman who lives secret lives deep inside her head. Standout track, "Astra Vale" is a monster YouTube hit with it's haunting Chvrches style and gothic edge. The title track, "Electric Kiss" is an uptempo rocker with three part female harmonies. A Lita Ford-style tune "Closer To The Edge' follows. The album take a sharp turn into sassy Shania Twain meets ZZ Top style for "Dangerous Smile", "Everywhere I Turn" and "What Him Walk". "Floating On A Daydream" is a melodic modern ballad with energy. "When It's Finally Us" is a dramatic semi-gothic anthem. The bluesy torch song "The Long Exhale" completes the album. Music videos for "Electric Kiss", "Astra Vale", "Dangerous Smile" and "Floating On A Daydream" are on our YouTube channel. ELO, Roxy Music, Kansas, Honeymoon Suite, REO Speedwagon, Alan Parsons Project, Asia, Genesis, Cheap Trick, Foreigner, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, Pat Benatar, Journey, Styx, Siouxsie & The Banshees, The Buggles and more!
