PE: brand new to hooping? looking to learn core hooping? go with this one!
Polypro: lightweight, bouncy, and great for dance & fast tricks
⭐️ About PE:
PE is a 1" round, weighted fitness tubing—the classic choice for true beginner hoops. It’s sturdy, durable, and naturally heavier, which helps keep momentum going and makes learning on-body hooping much easier. PE hoops are perfect for building muscle memory, core strength, and getting a great workout without fighting your hoop.
Sizing tip: Measure from your belly button to the floor to find your ideal hoop size!
⭐️ About HDPE:
HDPE is the most beginner-friendly tubing. It’s lightweight, durable, impact-absorbing, and fully shatterproof—perfect for drops, practice, and everyday use.
Its softer flex makes HDPE easy to control and great for building muscle memory, giving new hoopers more time to react and less risk of kinks.
These make excellent lightweight beginner hoops for waist hooping, drilling basics, and learning new tricks without feeling overwhelmed. All Sales are Final.
