Kobzar Soloveiko - the inspirations that brought this bard to life:

The Nightingale is the national bird of Ukraine, evoking the concept of sweet music heralding the arrival of Spring. The Ukrainian word for nightingale is 'Soloveiko,' sometimes used as a term of endearment.
Kobzar is the word for bard, and is often associated with the historical figure Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko, dubbed Kobzar Taras, who was convicted in 1847 for supporting the independence of Ukraine with his poetry.

And so, Kobzar Soloveiko, the Nightingale Bard, was born as a tribute the people of Ukraine.
