Ingredients

Organic Chamomile, Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Cinnamon Chips, Organic Peppercorns, Organic Coconut, Organic Bee Pollen.

How to steep

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 212°F. Pour water over the tea, adding milk and sugar if desired. Steep for 7–8 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
