How to steep

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 212°F. Scoop the tea into an infuser, pour water over it, and steep for 6–8 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
