Satisfaction Guaranteed by Ryo Saenagi. A Drama manga rated Teen, published in English by Tokyopop.

Shima Yoshitsune and Suruga Kaori run Anything Inc., an all-purpose odd-jobs company that will take on just about any case, from tracking down a model's stalker to investigating rumors of a ghost. Some jobs even require Shima to go undercover in drag. Behind the comedy, the two have come to depend on each other in ways their clients never see.
