Overview
The Savox SG1212MG is a high-voltage brushless digital wing servo built around leading-edge technology and super-high 12-bit (4096) positional resolution. Its ultra-slim profile fits inside the thin wings of modern gliders and sailplanes without compromising control authority.
With HV capability up to 8.4V and a metal gear train, the SG1212MG delivers the combination of speed, torque, and precision that competitive glider and sailplane pilots demand.
Key Features
- Ultra-slim profile for thin glider and sailplane wings
- High-voltage brushless operation up to 8.4V
- Super-high 12-bit (4096) positional resolution
- Metal gear train for durability and precision
- Torque 4.0 kg / 55.5 oz-in @ 6V
- Torque 5.0 kg / 69.4 oz-in @ 7.4V
- Torque 6.0 kg / 83.3 oz-in @ 8.4V
- Speed 0.14 / 0.10 / 0.09 sec/60° @ 6V / 7.4V / 8.4V
Applications
- Gliders and sailplanes with thin-wing airfoils
- F3K, F3J, F3B, and thermal duration ships
- Scale soaring and competition flying

Scale Capability
The SG1212MG is engineered for the unique demands of glider wings, where every millimeter of thickness counts and control surface precision determines performance. The ultra-slim case slips cleanly into pod-and-boom and full-composite wings, while 12-bit resolution translates stick inputs into razor-fine surface movements.
Benefits
- Fits ultra-thin glider and sailplane wings
- Extremely fine 12-bit positional accuracy
