Organic Chamomile, Organic Linden Flower, Organic Mint, Organic Lemon Verbena.

How to steep

Use 1 heaping teaspoon, adjusted to taste, per 6–8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 205°F. Pour water over the tea and steep for 7–8 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
