Shirley MacLaine, born Shirley MacLean Beaty on April 24th, 1934, Richmond, Virginia, U.S., is a film, TV, and theatre actress, singer, dancer, activist, and author. An Oscar winner, MacLaine was presented with the 40th AFI Life Achievement Award by the American Film Institute during 2012 then given the Kennedy Center Honors for her lifetime contributions to US culture through the performing arts the following year. She's known for her New Age beliefs, with an interest in spirituality and reincarnation, having written a series of autobiographical books that describe her beliefs, world travels, and Hollywood career.
Shirley's first movie was Alfred Hitchcock's The Trouble With Harry in 1955. A 6-time Academy Award nominee, she was nominated for Best Documentary Feature for The Other Half of the Sky: A China Memoir (1975), having been given Best Actress nominations for Some Came Running (1958), The Apartment (1960), Irma la Douce (1963), and The Turning Point (1977), before winning Best Actress for Terms of Endearment (1983). She twice won the BAFTA Award for Best Foreign Actress, for Ask Any Girl (1959), and The Apartment (1960) then won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy-Variety or Music Special for the TV special, Gypsy In My Soul (1976). MacLaine has also won 5 competitive Golden Globe Awards, having received the Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award during 1998.

'Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

'Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

'Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '

'Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

'Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears. '
