UNI and The Urchins are led by vocalist Jack James Busa and ex-GOASTT bassist Charlotte Kemp Muhl. Simulator, their debut full length, takes listeners on a cosmic journey through a "lobotomized disco" world of silicone sex doll factories, crucifix manufacturers and iPhone graveyards, examining the ways technology has permanently changed our lives and, quite literally, us. Every song on Simulator will be turned into an epic music video directed by Muhl herself, who has directed music videos for The Smashing Pumpkins, Karen O and Mark Stoermer, among others. UNI and The Urchins have toured with The Flaming Lips, Starcrawler, and The Dandy Warhols.
