This decaf is pretty cool because it's decaffeinated using sugar cane and mountain water. What's cool about the sugar process is through decaffeinating it preserves the original flavors of the coffee while adding some fruity notes and depth. Can be enjoyed as a pour over or espresso. When milk is added it has sweet cream notes.
