Their first independent album, 'From the Gap' (1996), was extremely shocking, with a dynamic folk-rock sound reminiscent of Neil Young and The Band, an innovative style unlike any other. The following year, he made his major debut in 1997 and released 'Freebo '97' (1997), and this album 'Smoking Blues' (1998) with Kenta Hagiwara as co-producer. The sound received a great response.
