Taking stock in themselves and their music after many crushing but profitable years on the road, Foghat came up with this record of hard electric blues. Coming from a variety of sources, Stone Blue could be looked upon and retreading familiar ground. If that's the case, Foghat should do it more often, because Stone Blue delivers the goods.
