A MEGA-DUNGEON SAGA FOR 5E CHARACTER LEVELS 8-16
The giant clans have allied – and no one knows why. Hill, stone, frost, fire, cloud and storm giants now work together to collect electrum. Their tracks lead to an abandoned city of the UnderDeep. In these lightless caverns, sinister cultists give the giants’ offerings to a misshapen kraken lord. Can your adventurers uncover the secrets behind this wicked alliance before it’s too late?
This massive boxed set sends the heroes across the Northlands, through the UnderDeep, into the Sunken City, to a desolate island in the Darksea. Along the way they’ll uncover the secrets of giants, dragons, liches, cultists, the hideous kraken lord, and much more.
With nearly 500 pages of content, you’ll find the following inside:
- The GM’s guide, with detailed backstory, a gazetteer, dozens of handouts, and new monsters, NPCs, magic items and spells.
- An adventure book with the first three chapters of the saga: hill giants, stone giants, and frost giants.
- Another adventure book with the middle three chapters of the saga: fire giants, cloud giants, and storm giants.
- A last adventure book detailing the three final chapters of the saga: the twisting passages of the UnderDeep, the alien architecture of the Sunken City, and the final confrontation with the Terror from the UnderDeep on a desolate island in the Darksea.
- This box also includes three poster maps depicting the Northlands, the UnderDeep Passages, and the Sunken City; cardstock inspiration tokens; and links to pre-generated characters to get the action started quick.
