Most family time runs on logistics. Who's driving, what's defrosting, did anyone call your grandmother back. The questions that would actually tell you something never come up, not because they're hard, but because nobody wants to be the one who goes first.

That's what the card is for. You don't have to ask. You just read it out loud.

How it works

Draw a card. Read it to someone at the table. Listen to the whole answer before you say anything.

That's the game. No points, no winner, no timer. Pass the deck when you're done.

Some cards land funny. Some land quiet. One of them will get an I never knew that out of somebody who's been sitting across from you for thirty years.

How is it different from other family conversation cards?
The questions are built to be asked between two specific people, not announced to a room. That's the difference between a group icebreaker and an actual conversation.
