Rewind the '80s. Share the joy. Discover Yesterday.
When Eileen, Mickey, and Eddie visit their grandparents, they overhear Papa Jack and Nana Diane talking about something they lost long ago. Determined to solve the mystery, the kids set off on a treasure hunt through town. Along the way, they uncover funny and nostalgic stories but fall short of finding what was missing-or do they?
Follow their adventure through vibrant illustrations packed with hidden '80s music references and surprising cameos from iconic musicians and even an original MTV VJ reunion. What they find isn't what they expected, but it turns out to be the greatest treasure of all.
Features you'll love:
- A warm, intergenerational story that bridges generations through shared memories
- Two seek-and-find challenges for kids and adults
- Cameos from musicians you love and the VJs who helped make them famous
- Showcases a loving mixed-race family across generations
- A unique gift for Grandparents Day, birthdays, and '80s music fans
- Perfect for Gen X parents and grandparents to read with the kids they love-or on their own.
Whether you grew up on big hair and boomboxes or you're sharing that magic with a new generation, The Day We Found Yesterday is a heart-filled reminder that the best treasures are ones that are shared.
Ages 6-8 (and nostalgic grown-ups) Makes a great gift from grandkids to their grandparents!
