The menus, guest check and food order have clear vinyl over the fabric. They can be written on with a dry erase marker. I have also put marine vinyl on the back for extra durability. The today's specials sign is made out of chalkboad fabric and has red marine vinyl on the back. The chalk is not included, but can be purchased at different retail stores for under a dollar. The apron is pink with colorful macaroons on the pockets. I am not able to get this exact macaroon fabroc anymore, bit I have one that is very similar. The ribbon may be different depending on what I have in stock.
