In the late 1960's and early 1970's, Roker operated his own boutique record labels: Canyon Records, Roker Records and the affiliated imprints RRG Records, Maple Records and Black Fox. Presented here is a unique overview of the impressive output from these small labels which included music from some iconic artists such as soul singers Doris Duke, Chuck Carbo, Irma Thomas; jazz and R&B vocalist Gloria Lynne; jazz saxophonist Stanley Turrentine; Swamp Dogg protégé Raw Spitt, The Whispers, Jean Wells, King Errisson and more.
