Whiskey and Women debuted on Suburban Noize Records in 2011 after the Moonshine Bandits' three self-released albums. Following the success of this release, a deluxe edition soon followed with five additional unreleased tracks came out in 2012. However, three of the tracks for this original release did not appear on the deluxe version. Gathered here on one release, 'Whiskey and Women (The Complete Sessions)' are all the songs from the recording session of one of the band's classic albums. When you add the ingredients of women, whiskey, 4-wheel drives, a twist of Johnny Cash meets the Beastie Boys, shake well & pour over ice - you get the Moonshine Bandits. The Bandits' songwriting reflects a backstage pass into their "Shiner" lifestyle on the road and their "let's raise some hell" attitude. As the Moonshine Bandits gained momentum and SHINER NATION WAS BUILT. Shiner Nation was formed to unite all the Moonshine Bandits' fans.
