This album brings together highlights from two astonishing BBC live sessions, recorded by Led Zeppelin during June 1969.

Whole Lotta Love and What Is and What Should Never Be were recorded at BBC Studios, in London, on 24 June 1969, and broadcast on John Peel’s Top Gear, on 29 June 1969.

The remaining tracks were recorded at the Playhouse Theatre, in London, on 27 June 1969, and broadcast on One Night Stand, on 10 August 1969.
