by Francoise Slaughter (Author), N. D. Indy Brennan (Author)
Hello, my name is Francoise Slaughter, and I believe everyone has a dream or something they feel destined to do. For many of us, that dream is inspired by our family. When I looked at mine, I saw generations of singers on both sides, and I knew from an early age that I wanted to follow in their footsteps. But figuring out where to begin wasn't easy. Still, giving up was never an option because my family never gave up on their talents. They taught me that the question isn't "Can I do it?" but rather "When will I do it, and how?"
You are the key to unlocking your full potential. Even when you're little, you have your own special strengths. That's why I love to sing, "I am small, I am small, I may be little, but I know who I am!" This story is for kids like you-ages 7 to 9-who dream big and for parents who want to inspire their children to chase those dreams, no matter what!
In Book 2 of the 5-part series, Y'all Won't Let Me Sing, we continue following Neeci and her family as she works toward her dream of becoming a singer in church. This installment brings more of Neeci's adventures, supported by her family, as she learns how to believe in herself and embrace her talents.
And now, you can enjoy this story wherever you are! Be sure to get the audiobook for this and other chapters in the series, available on most major audiobook distribution platforms. Let's keep dreaming, singing, and growing together!
